5-stars!!! We had old oak floors with scratches and staining (cats, dog and kids over the years). We needed to get our floors refinished desperately— but we were hesitant because of dust and downtime, etc. Savera used a 100% DUST-FREE technology. They sanded our floors perfectly and with zero dust! We also used the UV cure system with is low VOC water-based finish, and we could not be happier! The floors look amazing! They were done, fully cured in less than a few hours! 👏🏻 We had our furniture back in place on the SAME day! The owners who do the work themselves are fantastic, and we cannot say enough good things about Savera Hardwood Restoration!

High quality, exceptional, professional, meticulous...and a pleasure to do business with! Our 60 year old wood floors look new - including one with a severely compromised surface. Kendall treated our floors as if they were his own. His expert, thorough approach included multiple rounds of sanding with state of the art, dustless equipment, then a sealant with two coats of water based polyurethane - all non toxic, barely a scent. We recently had our floors refinished, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough! They were incredibly flexible with scheduling — since it was hard for us to empty the whole house at once, they worked room by room and coordinated perfectly around our needs. They even had a UV-curing option, which was amazing for areas we needed to walk on sooner. Their attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism really stood out throughout the process. We had originally planned to refinish just two rooms, but after seeing how stunning the results were, we ended up doing the entire house — even the closets! The floors look absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Before and after pictures say it all!! We recently purchased our first home and wanted to give the floors some extra TLC before moving all our stuff in. While they weren’t in terrible shape… there were a ton of scratches from the previous owners dog. Most companies told us they needed to be fully sanded down just from looking at a picture. Kendall came for a quick walk through and, explained that a full sanding wasn’t necessary and recommended something less damaging to the original wood. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly cared about the results. Our floors look a million times better. We’ve already recommend them to a few of our friends and family.
